Registration procedure for e-learning course

  1. Fill in the form below.
  2. You will receive an e-mail confirmation.
  3. We will send you a message confirming place reservation. Make a payment to the account number specified in the e-mail within 7 days from receiving the message. After that time, if you do not make a payment, we will cancel the reservation.
  4. After registering the payment we will send You a confirmation.
  5. Within the maximum 7 days of receiving the payment, we will create an account for you on the e-learning platform (https://moodle.labmasters.pl) and you will receive access to course materials.

Note: all formal documents (LabMasters regulations, invoice, e-mails from the office, etc.) will be in Polish.
